For the purposes of this agreement the words “RPAiX”, “Uniwebb”,”Uniwebb Software”,”Voicicon”, “Proofma”, “Veecard.me”, “Ginibot”, “Fundym”,”We”, “Our” and “Us” refer to RPAiX and “Site” to materials delivered on www.RPAiX.com and other co-branded versions of the site and other applications developed owned and operated by RPAiX. RPAiX, an IT consulting firm, is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. We have structured our Web site so that, in general, you can visit RPAiX on the Web without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. Once you choose to provide us personally identifiable information (any information by which you can be identified), you can be assured that it will only be used to support your contact/client relationship with RPAiX.

Awareness

RPAiX provides this Online Privacy Statement to make you aware of our privacy policy, practices and of the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and from the bottom of every RPAiX.com page, including pages found within our client system and sub-domains.

What we collect

On some RPAiX web sites, you can subscribe to different events and seminars, make requests, login and register to receive materials or purchase services offered by RPAiX. The types of personal information collected at these pages are name, contact and some preference information.

In addition, we may collect your Personal information in the following situations:

  • At the time you voluntarily provide us with your Personal Information, such as when you register with your email and password, or by using a social login (RPAiX Sites Login Credentials), send us an email or post information or other content to our sites or services.
  • At the time you connect a Third-Party Platform with any of your RPAiX accounts we will receive information like your username, basic profile information from that service via authorization procedures used by the same service. Any additional information we receive depends on which services you authorize and any options that are available.
  • Any time you purchase a subscription or One Time Pay to the Service requiring billing or payment information, we will ask you to provide certain additional Personal Information, including your address, phone number, and credit card number where applicable (“Payment Information”). We need this information to process your requests or at times where we need to contact you.
  • When you accept another user’s invitation to connect to any of our services.

To tailor our subsequent communications to you and continuously improve our products and services (including registration), we may also ask you to provide us with information regarding your professional interests, demographics and more detailed contact preferences. Our electronic newsletters record anonymous data about articles you have expressed interest in. Some RPAiX.com web pages use cookies, a data analysis technique. Location Information In certain instances in our Services, you will be able to input specific location information in order for us to bring up the weather for that location. For that Service, we will ask you to input specific location such as address, city and state or zip code. To offer you certain Services, provide advertisements based on your physical geographic location, and engage in the other uses described below, on some devices we provide you the option to opt-in to allow us to use your physical geographic location using GPS, cellular network location-based services on your device, or browser services. You may at any time opt-out from these geo-location services by going to the settings on your device. Alerts and notifications. In certain of our Services, you can receive push notifications for weather related updates. To provide these services, we may need to collect your email address, phone number, device information, and mobile carrier information, in addition to the zip code or geographic area to which the alert, update or notification pertains. If you no longer wish to receive these types of notifications, you may opt-out by turning them off within the settings of your mobile device or the particular Service for which you registered.

We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

Commerce

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

  • Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
  • Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
  • Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

  • Send you information about your account and order
  • Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
  • Process payments and prevent fraud
  • Set up your account for our store
  • Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
  • Improve our store offerings
  • Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for three years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.

We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
  • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

Payments

We accept payments through Stripe and PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe and/or PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

How we use it

RPAiX uses your information to better understand your needs and provide you with better service, whether as a visitor of the firm, contact or client. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research or to provide you with marketing information we think would be of particular interest. At a minimum, we will always give you the opportunity to opt out of receiving such direct marketing or market research contact. We will also follow local requirements, such as allowing you to opt in before receiving unsolicited contact, where applicable.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

By default, WordPress does not include a contact form. If you use a contact form plugin, use this subsection to note what personal data is captured when someone submits a contact form, and how long you keep it. For example, you may note that you keep contact form submissions for a certain period for customer service purposes, but you do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Embedded comments from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share it with

RPAiX will not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to others. Unless we have your permission or are required by law, we will only share the personal data you provide online with other RPAiX entities and/or business partners who are acting on our behalf for the uses described in “how we use it”. Such RPAiX entities and/or business partners are governed by our privacy policies with respect to the use of this data and are bound by the appropriate confidentiality agreements.

RPAiX and its Affiliates

We use information collected on the Services, and disclose information to third parties, including your physical geographic location, to help fulfill your requests or in connection with the operation of the Services, for example to service your account, conduct a transaction or provide a service that you have requested, display information and advertisements that we believe match your interests and profile, facilitate updates to the Services, provide support, notify you if you’ve won a contest or sweepstakes, improve the working of the Services, and compile statistics about our users and your use of the Services. We and such third parties may on occasion combine information about you with information obtained from other parties to market you products or services that may be of interest to you. At various points, we may provide you with the opportunity to opt-in to receive special offers from RPAiX and its affiliates. If you choose to opt in, RPAiX and its affiliates will use your PII to inform you of other products or services available from The RPAiX and its affiliates.

Products, or Services At times we will provide you with the opportunity to opt-in to receive promotions, products, or services from third party sponsors. With your permission, RPAiX will periodically send to you, via e-mail, offers and promotions from our third party sponsors which we select based upon your interests or user profile. In this case we do not share your information with the third-party sponsors-we do the mailing for them. You will always have the opportunity, to opt-out of receiving future offers by following the unsubscribe link included with each email. In other instances, we provide you with the opportunity to receive products and services directly from specifically identified third parties through the Services. In these instances, you must explicitly consent to receive each offer. When you explicitly agree to receive offers from specific third parties, your information is shared with the specific third party to enable them to provide you with the offer you have requested. In other cases, such as advertisements, you will be connecting to another site or service when you click on or otherwise activate those opportunities, including click-to-call, click-to-text, and click-to-email opportunities. These other sites and services are not bound by our privacy policy, and we are not responsible for their information collection practices. The privacy policies of other organizations may differ from ours, for example, with respect to the level of security, use of cookies, and collection, use and disclosure of PII. Some of our Services allow users to interface with other sites or services, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Google My Business, Youtube, Medium. You will remain logged in to those other sites and services until you log off those sites and services. By proceeding with these interfaces, you are allowing our Services to access your information on those other sites and services, and you are agreeing to those other sites’ and services’ Terms of Use. Once you log into those other sites and services, the content you post on those other sites and services may also post to our Services. Your use of those other sites and services is subject to the privacy policies of those sites and services, and not this Privacy Policy. Some of our Services use third party operating systems, platforms, communication services, devices, and software elements (such as mobile device operating systems, wireless services, mobile phone and tablet devices), and some of our Services are provided by third party distributors, device makers, device operators, platform operators, and communication services. RPAiX Software does not control these third-party entities, products, and services, and they may collect, use, process, transmit and disclose your information. For example, these third-party elements may gather information from our Services, including our applications, in a manner that overrides your settings and preferences in our Services. As RPAiX Software does not control or have knowledge of their data handling practices, we recommend that you review their privacy notices, terms of use and license agreements.

E-mail a Friend

If you choose to use a feature that allows you to e-mail parts of the Services to a friend, in most circumstances we need to have access to your and your friend’s e-mail addresses temporarily to send the e-mail due to technical requirements. This information is not used for any other purpose.

Mobile Device Contacts

Some mobile products allow you to view weather conditions for people in your phone’s contact list. If you agree to use this feature, your contact list will be accessed for us to provide weather information for your contacts who already have their address, city, state, or zip code available. We do not store this information or use it for any other purpose.

Choice

RPAiX will not use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without first letting you know and offering you a choice. As previously stated, we will also provide you the opportunity to let us know if you do not wish to receive unsolicited direct marketing materials from us and we will do everything we can to honor such requests. Your permission is always secured first, should we ever share your information with third parties that are not acting on our behalf and governed by our privacy policy.

Accuracy & Access

RPAiX strives to keep your personally identifiable information accurate. We will provide you with access to your information, including making every effort to provide you with online access to your registration data so that you may view, update or correct your information. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you access or enabling you to make corrections. To access your personally identifiable information, return to the web page where you originally entered it and follow the instructions on that web page. To opt-out of RPAiX contact, provide your name, email and/or address and relevant information about subscriptions or registrations you may have with RPAiX. This opt-out will cancel all marketing and support communication and newsletters, including offline subscriptions. Certain areas of RPAiX’s Web sites may limit access to specific individuals using passwords and through providing personally data. Links to third party web sites on the site are provided solely as a convenience to you. If you use these links, you will leave the RPAiX site. RPAiX has not reviewed all these third-party sites and does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites, their content or their privacy policy. Thus, RPAiX does not endorse or make any representations about them, or any information, software or other products or materials found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
